Turkey Stock

Our homemade turkey stock. Made with freshly prepared ingredients.
We prepare our stock with diced celery, carrots, and onions. We boil our stock for 6-8 hours before removing from warmer. When finished, we let the pot cool for a bit, and then remove the contents to all that remains is a beautiful, clean stock.
Our stock works great as a base for a soup, or it can be enjoyed as a simple broth on a cold, winter day. There is no added sodium in our stock, and we recommend adding salt to taste, depending on your needs.
